Art From The Heart: Play As Spiritual Practice is a  five-week creative journey. Each module offers an opportunity to explore art, imagination, and self-expression in playful, meaningful, and often deeply reflective ways. Through simple creative exercises, participants are invited to reconnect with curiosity, intuition, and the joy of creating without judgment.

Above all, this series is about play, discovery, and honoring the creative spirit within. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to explore, create, and perhaps learn something new about yourself along the way. Come play, create, and be inspired.
